Hello, my name is Priyanka Gupta. I am 51 years old and I am a citizen of Canada. I have been living there for many years now. I had a car accident last year in which a rod got into my kidney and I had an acute kidney injury. Due to this, my kidney got damaged and since then they weren’t working properly.
